The ship Norwegian Prima
Norwegian Prima is the first ship of the Prima Class and was built at the Fincantieri Shipyard in Marghera/Italy. The ship offers lots of space for all guests. Explore the first Prima Class ship along the modern designed Ocean Boulevard. There you can enjoy the beautiful view on the daybeds or in the private cabanas. Of course, you also have the option of taking a seat in a restaurant or bar on Ocean Boulevard.

Norwegian Prima staterooms
Norwegian Prima offers a great range of different staterooms from inside staterooms to outside stateroosm as well as balcony staterooms and 13 suite categories.
Like the ship itself, the cabins impress with their comprehensive spaciousness and maximum comfort. Hidden on the top of the ship you can find the area "The Haven by Norwegian". This is an exclusive area which is only accessible via a special key card. Here you can find the most elegant staterooms of the ship and enjoy exclusive service by the crew.
Atmosphere on Board of Norwegian Prima
The atmosphere on board it is easy and relaxed. Guests from numerous countries travel with the ships of Norwegian Cruise Line. Everything is possible. You can pack festive clothes, as there are gala dinners for some dining options. You do not feel like dressing up? No problem - there are no strict clothing rules on board. In the main restaurants only swimwear and shorts are not desired. The Norwegian Cruise Line offers the perfect holiday for young and young at heart. At the same time there are always quiet corners, cozy bars and places on deck, so that all guests get their money’s worth.
Norwegian Prima restaurants
The traditional dining experience was being modernized with seven new restaurants and two new bars. Among the new restaurants are the Mediterranean seafood restaurant Palomar and the Asian-influenced Hasuki, a reinterpretation of the traditional "hibachi style restaurant." The new Nama sushi restaurant serves sushi and sashimi creations prepared by master chefs.
At the new main restaurant, Hudson's, you'll enjoy breathtaking 270-degree views of the stern in addition to delicious dining. For more upscale cuisine, The Commodore Room is your ideal choice. Both restaurants feature a redesigned, extensive menu selection that offers you even more culinary variety - including the ability to create your own personal favorite pasta dishes in more than 24 combinations of different pastas, sauces and toppings.
You can also look forward to newly created menus in the main restaurants, as well as revamped menus in the popular restaurant classics Le Bistro, Cagney's Steakhouse and Food Republic, and the popular Observation Lounge.
The Surfside Café and Surfside Grill on Deck 17 offer a varied selection with self-service and dishes prepared à la minute for you upon request.
Rounding out your culinary experience on board is the new Belvedere Bar, a contemporary cocktail lounge featuring handcrafted cocktails and a modern, fresh take on classic drinks, and the Metropolitan Bar. The bar, as part of Norwegian Cruise Line's "Sail and Sustain" program, delights with responsibly produced zero-waste cocktails made with surplus ingredients, as well as a fully sustainable spirits menu and biodynamic wines.
Entertainment, Sports and Relaxation
Norwegian Prima offers huge spaces on the outside decks, for example the biggest poolside of the whole Norwegian Cruise Line fleet. Furthermore, there are several infinity pools and spaces that make you enjoy the landscape as well as the ocean. Are you an adrenalin junkie? Then you have to try "The Drop", a slide that lets you experience a free fall over ten decks.
The centre of all shows is the Prima theatre. This theatre expands over three decks and can be changed into a dance floor. The party will be here all night.
Additionally, you can find the popular Go-Kart-Speedway onboard. The Speedway is also over three decks and offers fourteen curves. The indoor gaming complex, the Galaxy Pavillion, was extended and offers fourteen attractions, e.g. two different escape games and a Topgolf Swing Suite.
On board of Norwegian Prima you can unwind in the beutiful Mandara SPA. Get to know, among other things, the new activated carbon sauna or the floating salt pool. In addition to the numerous wellness treatments, a two-story, tiered indoor spa waterfall are offered on board for the first time.
