    • Cabin badly needed a complete overhaul. Bed linens torn and yellow including the pillows. So dissappointing.

    • Staff work hard and are very friendly. Ship's overall appearance good except for our cabin unfortunately.
      Tendering in Kotor was a mess. It took over 3 hours before we were allowed to go on land with the queues. Extremely slow and we were there before on a smaller rcl ship and no issues?

    • RCl cut backs are very noticeable and I feel the loyal customers to Royal including myself will look elsewhere if it continues. The cabin service cut back to once a day is fine by me. It's the food in the MDR is cut back and portions are noticeably smaller. Old bed lines in cabin make it feel like a 2 star hotel. Not good at all.
