Not as shown in pictures! It should have been with a bunkbed at the side, instead we found 2 beds on our main bed. It was a really cold welcome to our room

Bar service is a disaster. Waiting time was 15-30mins even if there weren't many clients by the bar. Bars need to be equipped with enough bar staff. I went on other cruise ships where bars were much more busy and we still managed to get served within 5 mins. Bar tenders were sometimes only 2 for pool bars which was ridiculous and for inside bars I counted 4 who were going crazy with all the drink orders

Comments about MSC Cruises
Unless they provide offers for children under 16years I will not travel with MSC anymore as it will be too expensive for a family of 4. Taking into consideration that a teenager do not consume much food and drinks, I can't understand why I should pay for her as an adult
