- The food was terrible. 5 years ago we were on MSC Preciosa - the food there was delicious. They very significantly worsten their service.

- Check in was in Venice while real embarkation in Marghera. Extra moving there and back. We had hotel in Marghera and they didn't allow us to disembark there.

Ship overall:
- It’s really the oldest ship in MSC fleet.
- From start to finish I was so disappointed with this cruise, the food was dreadful and tiny portions, had to wait in long queues for each sitting, and then more waiting on someone to severe you. No one seemed to know what they were doing....
- Food was either cold or tepid, shortage of food if you weren't first in line. Entertainment was below average. The service at the bar was very slow - up to 45 minutes waiting on an order.
- Wi-Fi should be included
- Music entertainment doesn't seem to start until after 6.45 inside ship even on sea days which seems a bit late to me.Problems with public and cabin toilets not working right.out of order.Staff fantastic,really really great.
- the worker in main bar in disk 11 profussional and very kindly just you must to put in english language for visiting the place outside Armonia

- I would like to thank all the staff in MSC Armonia. They are all so amazing and hardworking people. We also receive the best service from one of the best asst bartender RIZANDY MAALIW, he is excellent with his job and always served the customers with smile and kindness....
Cruise in one sentence:
- It really is the oldest ship in MSC Cruises fleet
- Very good
- So disappointing.
- Too long to travel for a mini cruise, poor embarkation and long delays disembarking, poor bar service, will not book this ship again.

- Lovely cruise but due to smaller passenger numbers there were a lot of staff and sometimes this was a bit too much.
- Perfect!
Remarks Cabin:
- The shower was ridiculously small, with plastic curtain. The urine smell around the toilet was permanent and the steward was only able to cover it with his chemicals for few hours tops.
- Very small. The bags did not fit.
- Very nice, good space and a lot of drawers and hangers. Walk in closet!!
- The only good thing I can say about the cabin is that it was clean. Other than that did not like it.
- Very small, inside cabin not suitable for four people, in need of maintenance.
- Multiple daily cleaning services in the room. Very well organized.
