- My first msc cruise but very enjoyable lovely ports, ancona and montenegro embankment could of been handled better, especially ancona as pushing and shoving to get on buses to get back to ship, very rude people not caring about kids r older people, msc need to have a better queuing system and a representative at the buses.

- Very good and prompt service. Only thing all emails came to me in German so had to email to get changed to english.
