We did not drink no one time hot coffee on the breakfast in Buffet, VERY BAD service about this, 15-20 min need to wait that do order after 15-20 min need to wait that receive order :( Few times waiter brought wrong order!
About cabin service: cleaning was OK!
Before we had 2 times cleaning in cabin, in the morning and like turn down service in the evening, now only one time and this is not good because our water towels from the pool were all night and next morning in cabin, its not good for health (chlorine smell)! In the morning can not go in shower because not have also dry towels...
In restaurant all was excellent!

Comments about MSC Cruises
Excursions in Siracuza was not organized good, even we choose English and Italy languages, guide spoke almost all excursion by Italy, excursions included "breakfast" (coffee and one small sweet) for this we wasted time 50 min :( and all excursion was 3,5 hours( 1,50 h way)...
Other excursion we had in Taranto 4,5 hours, was very good guide, but for all this time we could not stopped and buy nothing to drink or eat, this was very difficult for our child (11 years).
